New: Supplier Organisation management is now available for Org Admins — manage your team members and orders directly from the portal.

To assist the TD All-Star Program, MyBrand Software designed an All-Star Portal for all the suppliers to raise the design request to the designers team.

What's New

2026-08	Admin can now change user roles directly from the user list. New supplier_admin role added. Organisation assignment required when creating supplier accounts.

Account Types

This portal supports four kinds of accounts, each with different jobs and interfaces:

Account Type	Role & Purpose
Designer Account	Receives and handles design requests from suppliers.
Supplier (Guest)	Raises and submits design requests to the designer team.
Supplier (Org Admin)	Manages a team of suppliers within their organisation and its orders.
Admin Account	Manages users, tracks request status, and oversees the portal.
