Designer Guide

As a Designer, you use the MyBrandz All-Star Portal to pick up artwork requests from suppliers, create the designs, and deliver them for approval. You handle revisions when suppliers request changes — including reviewing the markups they draw on your work.

What You Can Do

  • See your job queue — every request, prioritised so the ones needing attention appear first.
  • Start a job — claim a submitted request and notify the supplier.
  • Review the brief & reference files — everything the supplier gave you.
  • View supplier markups — see exactly what changes were requested, drawn right on your design.
  • Upload artwork — deliver new versions and notify the supplier to approve.
  • Message the supplier — chat directly on each job.

The Workflow

  1. Log in with your credentials and 2FA. → Login
  2. Open the Job Queue — jobs needing attention are sorted to the top. → Job Queue
  3. Open a job and click Start Working to claim it. → Job Detail
  4. Upload artwork — the supplier is notified to review and approve.
  5. Handle change requests — if the supplier requests revisions, review their markups and upload a new version.
  6. Repeat until the supplier approves. 🎉

Request Statuses

Status Meaning
A new request waiting for you to start.
In Design You've started; artwork is in progress.
Awaiting Approval You've uploaded artwork; waiting on the supplier.
Revision Requested The supplier requested changes (check their markups).
Approved The supplier approved the artwork; the job is done.
