Supplier (Guest) Guide¶
Welcome to the MyBrandz All-Star Portal. As a Supplier (Guest), you use this portal to request artwork from the designer team, review what they create, ask for changes, and approve the final design — all in one place.
What You Can Do¶
- Raise artwork requests — tell the designers what you need.
- Track progress — see the status of every request at a glance.
- Review artwork — view designs as soon as they're ready.
- Request changes with markups — draw directly on the design to explain edits.
- Approve & download — accept the final artwork and download it.
- Message the designer — chat directly on each request.
The Workflow¶
Your typical journey through the portal looks like this:
- Log in with your credentials and 2FA. → Login
- Create a new request — choose a size, describe the flyer, attach reference files. → New Artwork Request
- Wait for the design — the designer picks up your request and creates the artwork. You'll be notified by email when it's ready.
- Review the artwork — open the request to see the latest version. → Viewing a Request
- Approve or request changes:
- Happy with it? Click ✅ Approve and download the final artwork.
- Need edits? Click 🔄 Request Changes, add markups, and describe what you want. → Using the Markup Tool
- Repeat step 4–5 until the artwork is approved. 🎉
